The Friends of Fish Creek Provincial Park Society (herein referred to as The Society) retains all copyrights in any text, graphic images and software used on this website. It authorizes you to electronically download documents published herein solely for the purpose of transmitting or viewing the information. Files in this website may not be mirrored, modified or otherwise altered for rebroadcast, or print, without written permission from The Society. Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right under any Society copyright, patent or trademark.

The Society is committed to providing park users, members and volunteers with a quality experience. By contacting us through our website, you agree that the information you provide may be shared without restriction between The Society and our partnering organizations, to improve or market our programs, courses, events and other initiatives.

The Society uses third party payment processors and software to manage financial transactions and program registration.

Various Processors for program, event, activity, memberships, and course registration include WordPress, Gravity Forms, Eventbrite, Square, Stripe, Kindful and Mailchimp.

Personal information through these sites is stored in Canada and/or the United States.

The type of information we collect includes:

Email Addresses
Mailing Address
Telephone Numbers
Emergency Contact Name and Telephone Number
Specific Directives relating to donations, membership , course registration and transaction dates.

We only collect and ask for relevant information as it relates to program registration and payment.
