Check out the July 26th Mindfulness in the Park Wheeling Tour – it’s a great opportunity for folks using walkers\, crutches\, canes\, wheelchairs\, scooters and other mobility devices. These ‘wheeling’ tours will stick to flatter paved trails and will enjoy a more relaxed pace.
