Raja yoga is style of yoga that incorporates all eight limbs of yoga. Concentrating of using our breathe to guide our body into poses\, basically meditation in motion. \nDon’t forget your yoga mat\, water bottle and insect repellent! \nCourse instructed by Naomi Parker of Elemental Wellness and Gwen Woolverton Draude of Birds of a Feather. DESCRIPTION:Geology Tour – Only $20.00 \nAbout 15\,000 years ago\, the carving out of the Fish Creek Valley by a retreating glacier exposed the bedrock formation along the creek bed.
