The instructor will bring a few pairs to borrow if needed.  \nInstructed by Diana Young \nIntroduced to BungyPump walking while vacationing in Sweden\, Diana found an exercise regime that ticked all boxes – suitable for all ages and fitness levels\, no gym membership required\, use indoors or outdoors\, and most importantly\, is effective and easy.
