Get to Know Fish Creek Partner Involvement

These events will run outdoors, and may be canceled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Partners are asked to check their email the morning of each event as we would notify partners via email as soon as possible.

Public washrooms will be available on site.

Event locations will vary throughout the year and may change prior to an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility or washroom access.

Power is not available on site.

Partners must bring all they need to conduct their activity or outreach table. Picnic tables are available on site for partner use.

All involved are asked to conduct the Alberta Daily Health Checklist prior to attending, and stay home if experiencing symptoms, are close contacts of a confirmed case of COVID-19, or have recently returned from travel.

Volunteers and staff of partnering organizations will follow all AHS guidance regarding distancing, masking and staying safe during the event.

Volunteers and staff of partnering organizations will actively engage families/cohorts as a unit and not encourage families/cohorts to intermingle.

Volunteers and staff of partnering organizations will be easily identifiable (wear a uniform, name tag, etc.) to the public.

If our organization is not able to attend an event as planned, I will email Katie@friendsoffishcreek.org as soon as possible.
