As we continue to work from home and adjust to a new normal, it can bring up a range of emotions for us, from fear, anxiety, restlessness and increased stress. These emotions prove to be a big energy drain and impact overall well-being/productivity levels.
It is imperative that we take some time out in our day to take care of our mental health. Breath-work and meditation have been proven by science to provide that much needed energy boost, improved immunity levels and stress relief. A recent Harvard Medical School Research article recommends these practices as the best way to cope with the current events across the globe.

Divya Singh is an accomplished professional and brings several years of experience in the areas of marketing and business development. She experienced a wellness transformation 10 years ago that brought a 180 degree change in her overall well-being. This inspired her to train as a meditation instructor with the Art of living Foundation and share the benefits of these ancient practices to support communities, youth and employees in Canada. Divya brings over 2000 hours of volunteer work and meditation training/instruction hours. She recently also earned her wellness coach certification and works with corporations to help improve employee engagement and productivity through curated wellness journeys and workshops.
