Connecting with Nature Meditation
Take a break from the busy summer season with a Guided Meditation in Fish Creek Provincial Park. After the meditation you will find yourself blissfully relaxed, focused and peaceful. Meditation is a practical way to slow the mind, bring yourself into the present moment and allow you to just Be. Let go of outside distractions to de-stress and increase harmony within your mind, body and spirit.
Enjoy a 1 hour Guided Meditation with volunteer instructor Hetty Laidlaw of Healing the Heart. Throughout her own wellness journey, Hetty has come to experience how important meditation and relaxation is to stay balanced, focused and relaxed.

Bring mat and/or cushion, water and wear comfortable clothing.
