Good Grief Program:
Nature Walking for Grief and Loss

Come walk with us.

This spring, take a walk—alongside, not away from—your grief or loss, through the calming scenery of Fish Creek Provincial Park. In partnership with Mount Royal University Professor Sonya Jakubec and Alberta Parks, our spring Good Grief program dates are confirmed – Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings, with walks starting at the Bow Valley Ranch Visitor Centre.

Each series takes place weekly for eight weeks on the day of your choosing. To register for Tuesdays or Wednesday, choose the start date of your preferred session and proceed to checkout.

Tuesday morning, 10 am – 11:30 am, from April 14 to June 2

Wednesday evenings, 7 pm – 8:30 pm, from April 15 to June 3
