Learn how to run with the Running Room and Friends of Fish Creek!
Join us on Saturday, August 24 for a Running Clinic in Fish Creek Provincial Park. Learn how to train and prevent injury, pick up valuable nutritional tips, get advice on buying shoes and much more to ensure you have a safe and fun running season.
Conducted by Rob Christie, Regional Manager of the Running Room.
Cost: $15. You will receive a $10 coupon to the Running Room!
