Success Without Stress! A Special Meditation Series
This series will explore one unique topic per week over five weeks to help us better understand our stress triggers and learn simple yet effective coping mechanisms to manage stress and anxiety on the go. Participants will have the opportunity to equip themselves with strategies and tools to bring in balance and happiness in their lives. The pleasant backdrop of Fish Creek Provincial Park will offer an added dimension of calm and connection with nature. Sign up for one session or all five!
