Celebrated across the province on the 1st Wednesday in Alberta, Winter Walk Day encourages Albertans to get outside and be active in the winter. Join Friends of Fish Creek founding member, Wayne Meikle, in celebration of Winter Walk Day and for this rare opportunity for a wintery walk through Hull’s Wood. Wayne will share his depth of knowledge on the history, development and local ecology in Fish Creek Provincial Park, in addition to personal stories from his time as park planner and manager.
