Forest Bathing – Online using Zoom

Learn how to mindfully reconnect with nature through the practice of Shinrin yoku (forest bathing) and how becoming aware of surroundings and the interconnectedness of all aspects leads to an increase level of care and concern for the natural environment.
Karen is a Mindfulness-based Life Coach, EFT Practitioner and Forest Bathing Guide with Leaning Mind Coaching. Being born and raised in the Calgary area, nature has always been an important aspect of her life. She discovered the practice of Forest Bathing through another Friends of Fish Creek program and instantly resonated with it. With Forest Bathing she rediscovered a practice she’d innately done her whole life to find perspective, peace and grounding. She’s looking forward to sharing this beneficial practice with others through this program.
