Reset, Renew, Recharge – Self Care Guided Meditation Series
Instructed by Divya Singh, a meditation instructor at the Art of Living Foundation
The recent global pandemic has compelled many of us to go inwards as we navigate a series of emotions ranging from uncertainty, fear, loss etc. On the other hand, there has never been a time when we have felt more connected as a human race. As the economy begins to open up, it is imperative that we equip ourselves with inner resources and tools to manage our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
The Friends of Fish Creek is delighted to present the summer of wellness- a special complimentary online self care series to help you reset, renew and recharge!
Divya Singh, a meditation instructor (at the Art of Living Foundation) and a certified wellness coach will guide you through this 5 session series. Using evidence based tools like breath work/meditation, Divya will help you dive into key aspects of self-care and empower you to create a personal wellness road map.

Divya Singh is an accomplished professional and she brings several years of experience in the areas of marketing and business development. Divya experienced a wellness transformation 10 years ago that brought a 180 degree change in her overall well-being. This inspired her to train as a meditation instructor with the Art of living Foundation and share the benefits of these ancient practices to support communities, youth and employees in Canada. Divya brings over 2000 hours of volunteer work and meditation training/instruction hours. She recently also earned her wellness coach certification and works with corporations to help improve employee engagement and productivity through curated wellness journeys and workshops.
