Leonor Henriquez Leon is a new author, who has brilliantly recorded her journey through grief after the loss of her husband in her first publication, Hopecrumbs. 

Our love was colourful and exuberant. We were Birds of Paradise. Life was simple. Couldn’t be simpler, couldn’t be better.

On November 23, 2016, I was dragged into a spiral of surreal events. His heart stopped. I lost hope. These words are the written expression of my very intimate mourning process and my ultimate love tribute to him.
