This walk though Fish Creek Provincial Park will discuss the park’s history along with the history of South Calgary as it grew after the park was created in 1973. Learn about roadways, water management, growth issues and how the city and the park had to adapt to growth within Calgary. Wayne will share some behindthescenes details/deals that happened during the expansion of the city.

Optionally, bring your own coffee at 9:30 for a pre-tour coffee chat (BYO Coffee) and/or bring your own packed lunch and chair and stick around for a picnic lunch.
