Exercise and proper nutrition are essential components to a balanced lifestyle. It is important to have a balanced lifestyle to reduce the harmful effects of stress and maintain a healthy body and mind. Naturopathic medicine has been gaining in popularity in recent years throughout the world. Naturopathic doctors treat patients by looking at the individual as a whole, including stress factors, nutrition and lifestyle. Naturopathic doctors use lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and other methods to help improve energy, sleep, mood, digestion and pain.
